I keep checking for the stuff I actually want and it’s out of stock again... like, I get it happens, but it’s kind of annoying. Makes it hard to bother coming back when I can’t really get what I was looking for.

I kind of had a feeling as soon as I got it that the quality wasn’t going to be great. It just didn’t feel very well made, and after using it a bit, that first impression pretty much held up.

I ordered from True Protein and my package did eventually arrive, but it took longer than I was expecting. The tracking was available, though it wasn’t very clear or helpful along the way. Everything was in the box and nothing was missing, so that part was fine, but the delivery definitely wasn’t the quickest. I’m hoping they offer some kind of compensation or gesture for the delay, because it was a bit frustrating.

I’ve liked the products so far, and they seem to be consistent with what I’d expect from this kind of brand. I’m assuming they’re using the plastic packaging to keep everything protected or cut down on damage, but it still feels like a lot. Would be nice to see a greener option.

I’ve used their discount codes a few times and, to be fair, they usually work without any hassle. I wouldn’t say the savings are huge every single time, but I’ve still saved a bit here and there, so it feels worth checking before buying

I used this for a few weeks while sticking with my usual workouts, i didn’t really feel much of a change. Maybe a tiny bit here and there, but nothing that made me go, oh wow, this is working. The taste was fine though, no complaints there, and it mixed okay for me. I just kept expecting better recovery or a little more strength, especially for the price, and it didn’t really happen.

My delivery tracking wasn’t updating, so I ended up messaging support about it. They got back to me the next day and fixed it quickly. I did have to follow up once, so it wasn’t totally smooth, but there was something about it that still felt handled well. Overall, I’m happy with the way they dealt with it.

Got my order from trueprotein.com.au and it was all spot on. Flavours, sizes, quantities, everything matched what I’d picked, and nothing was missing. I’ve had a few mix-ups with other stores before, so I was half expecting something to be off, but no issues at all. Makes me think they’ve probably got their packing process sorted, though obviously I’m just guessing. Easy 5 stars from me.

I’d say this is a good value overall. Compared to a lot of similar options out there, it holds up well for the price. No real complaints from me.

I tried the chocolate one it tastes really good. I was a little unsure at first because I don’t like things that are overly sweet, but this was just right. Definitely reassuring if you’re worried about it being too sugary.

The packaging is okay overall, nothing terrible — but the bag seal only works sometimes. After a few tries, it gets annoying fast.

Checkout wasn’t any better either. A few things didn’t load properly, and on my phone the layout felt all over the place. I ended up giving up because it was just too much hassle. If you’re running an online store, the website really needs to be smoother than this

I was kind of surprised how simple it is to pause or skip my subscription. If my routine changes or I still have powder left, I can just adjust it without any hassle. Super handy.

I tried placing an order on trueprotein.com.au the checkout process was more frustrating than I expected. My cart kept loading really slowly, and the payment page just didn’t feel smooth at all.
I also had to re-enter a few details, which got annoying quickly. What made it worse was that when I tried to figure out what was going on, the answers I found or got didn’t really line up, so it felt like I was getting inconsistent information instead of a clear fix.

I did manage to get the order through in the end, but it took way longer than it should have. It wasn’t a complete disaster, but the checkout definitely needs some work...

I’ve been happy with True Protein overall. I’m sensitive to dairy, so it’s nice having plant protein options that actually work for me and don’t mess with my stomach. There are heaps of choices for different diets, which I really appreciate. Some of the flavours are a bit hit or miss, so whoever runs this could probably tighten that up a bit, but generally it’s been a good experience.

For me, this has been really easy to drink. I usually get bloated after shakes, but I haven’t noticed that with this one, which feels rare

The refund did come through eventually, but it definitely took longer than I expected. Not a terrible experience overall, but for the effort involved, it didn’t feel like great value

I used to feel comfortable buying from True Protein, but lately I’ve found myself second-guessing them a bit. Maybe I’m just overthinking it, but some of the product info feels kind of vague, and I don’t really love having to search around for basic details. For a brand selling health-related products, I’d expect things to be clearer and more upfront. I’m not saying they’re doing anything wrong, but it just doesn’t feel as trustworthy to me as it used to

I really wanted to like this, but it just didn’t work out for me. No matter how much I shook it, I still ended up with little clumps stuck around the lid and sides of the shaker. The texture was kind of chalky too — not terrible, just not something I ever really looked forward to drinking. I finished the bag because I didn’t want to waste it, but the whole experience left me feeling a bit passed around and disappointed. I probably wouldn’t buy this one again.

They’ve got a decent mix of powders and snacks, and I did find a few things I liked. Some of the flavours I was hoping for were either missing or sold out though, which was a bit disappointing. It’s not bad overall... I just wish there was a bit more choice
